Encounter |

Close up with Africa's largest carnivore with its
impressive show of might and ruthless hunting
tactics. Born to a life of supremacy, this leader in
the animal kingdom offers its time to humans whilst
unrestrained and roams as free as you.
Situated only 10 minutes from the centre of
Victoria Falls on the Masuwe Estate is a group of
lion cubs between the ages 3 to 16 months of age.
These kings of the jungle offer guests an
incomparable experience and insight into the
behaviour of this endangered African species.
The “walking with lions” encounter affords guests
an opportunity to interact with 2 or 3 cubs for up
to an hour per session. The lions are allowed to
roam free while guests you join them on a walk
through riverine vegetation and African bush. This
informative experience happens in the natural
environment of the lions on the banks of the Masuwe
River.
